Shipping

Please allow 2 - 4 days for orders to be Processed & Shipped

Free shipping:

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders over $150 shipped within North America. ** THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE BULK / WHOLESALE ORDERS **

International shipping:

International shipments may or / may not incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Returns / Refund Policy:

We only accept return/exchange on orders that came defective, products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags & in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of delivery date. Photos of damage items will be required. Contact: Info@therockiescollection.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable, if there should be a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible to provide the correct Shipping / Delivery / Email address.

The manufacture address is listed on the Package.

It is your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. You can however return unused gift cards for a refund to the original payment method.

Gift Cards do not expires.

 

Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card until the entire balance is spent. The value are in the store's use currency (USD).

Customers can check their Gift Card balance by clicking on the view Gift Card button in the initial email that they received. You will also be able to see the remaining balance during check-out.

Lost or Stolen Gift Card

The Rockies Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. To enquire about a misplaced or lost Gift Card code the original sales receipt is required in order to recover your code.
